Tree Selections Sneak Peek

Hello and welcome.  Today I am sharing a card made with the soon to be released set called Tree Selections Mini from Mark's Finest Papers, A Heinrich Company.  This mini will be available for free when you purchase all four of the new releases available next week.  If you wish to buy the mini buy itself, you'll have to wait until September's release, so it is really the better deal to get it for free during the release.

For my card, I paired it with the Greetings of the Season mini to continue getting a jump on my Christmas cards.  I started out by stamping the larger tree from the Tree Selections mini in Tim Holtz pine needles distress ink onto snow storm smooth heavy card stock before stippling Tim Holtz forest moss distress ink for the ground and then tumbled glass distress ink for the sky before layering and adding brads.  My card is made from evergreen card stock with the pine branch from the Greetings of the Season mini using Tim Holtz pine needles distress ink.  My only additional embellishments were some gold cording and a brass pine charm.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Have a great day and don't forget to join us next week for our monthly blog hop.
